Overview

Overview of Bachelor of Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) in Universiti Malaya Malaysia

This programme equips students with the knowledge and skills to design and develop computer systems that emulate and exhibit human intelligence. Students will learn the theoretical and practical aspects of Robotics, Cognitive Science, Image Processing, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Artificial Neural Network, Fuzzy Logic, Expert Systems and Logic Programming. Students will apply their skills and knowledge through the development of real world applications in their final year projects.

SUBJECTS

This programme consists of 128 credits comprising 20 credits University courses, 17 credits Faculty Core courses, 6 credits Faculty Elective courses, 55 credits Programme Core courses (including 12 credits for Industrial Training), and 30 credits Specialization Elective courses.

Possess an Australian Matriculation Program (AUSMAT) qualification with at least Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) of 80 per cent and get 16 points (High Achievement) in Mathematics ;

and

got 16 points (High Achievement) in one (1) of the following subjects:
